Terms of Service

ViralMesh (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a Telegram growth platform that provides three services under one account:

• Social Repurpose — automated content publishing from YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to Telegram channels
• Channel Marketplace — a marketplace for Telegram channel owners to list and monetise their channels via sponsored posts
• Advertiser Portal — tools for brands and marketers to book sponsored post placements on Telegram channels

These Terms govern your use of all three services. Role-specific obligations are noted where applicable.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account per role. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must verify your email address within 24 hours of registration to activate your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@viralmesh.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to use ViralMesh only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Distribute content that infringes any third-party intellectual property, copyright, trademark or privacy rights
• Publish spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person, entity, or brand
• Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks
• Use automated tools to scrape, abuse, or overload our systems
• Violate Telegram’s Terms of Service, YouTube’s Terms, Meta’s Terms, or any applicable law
• Publish adult content, hate speech, content glorifying violence, or content illegal under Indian law

You retain ownership of all content you publish through ViralMesh. By using the platform you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to publish the content through our platform
• Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party
• ViralMesh publishes link posts only — we do not download, re-host, or re-encode any original video or media content

ViralMesh name, logo and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.

This section applies to users who list Telegram channels in our marketplace.

• You must own or have authorisation to monetise any channel you list
• You must accurately represent your channel’s subscriber count, engagement, and category
• You must fulfil accepted booking requests within the agreed timeframe
• You must not artificially inflate subscriber or view counts
• ViralMesh deducts a 10% platform commission from completed bookings
• Payouts are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of a booking being marked complete
• We reserve the right to delist channels that violate these Terms or Telegram’s policies

This section applies to users who book sponsored posts through our marketplace.

• All campaign content must comply with Indian advertising standards and applicable law
• You must not promote prohibited products including but not limited to: illegal substances, unregulated financial instruments, gambling (where prohibited), counterfeit goods
• Campaign budgets are charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable once a channel owner accepts
• Disputes regarding post delivery must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled post date

• Creator plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice
• You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of billing
• Failed payments result in a 5-day grace period before downgrade to the free plan

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. We are not liable for downtime or policy changes on third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralMesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

• You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment
• On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, except where we are legally required to retain it
• Channel Owners with pending payouts will receive payment for completed bookings before account deletion

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
