Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Repurpose platform operated by ViralMesh ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Social Repurpose is a content distribution platform that automates the process of importing content from YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, and publishing it to Telegram channels. The service includes content import and management, scheduled publishing to Telegram, click tracking and analytics, growth tools, and multi-tenant management capabilities.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to distribute content that you do not have the right to share, violate any applicable laws or regulations, send spam or unsolicited messages, impersonate any person or entity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or distribute malware or harmful content.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you import and distribute through the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to distribute any content through our platform.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime of third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralMesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
